"He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshipped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed." -Daniel 7:14

I only have a couple more weeks here. I can't believe my summer adventure is already almost over! It seems like just not too long ago I was boarding a plane to go to Israel and now my time is quickly wrapping up in Northern Uganda. The Lord has taught me more than I could have ever imagined. Today I am heading out to the village, Latodore! I am so excited to get there! I haven't been there in about a month and am giddy at the thought of getting out there. It truly is amazing to me how I can love a place so much, and only have been there a couple of times. It was clear though that the Lord placed that passion in my heart before I ever stepped foot in the village. I'm writing you this time mainly to ask for prayer.

We have the women's all night prayer on the 27th of this month. It will be small get together, much smaller than that of Solid Rock, but I know the Lord is going to show up in big ways. We just finished the training yesterday and it was incredible to see the Lord at work already! The ladies who are going to be running the small groups are ladies who graduated from the first discipleship program. This is a big stretch for them and their excitement went way up after the training and being able to see how the night was structured. Please pray that the Lord will show up and meet us there in every way. Please pray that He will bring the specific women he wants to have there and pray for us as leaders to have a pure and humble heart. I cannot wait for this event!

I am also helping Erica, another missionary from New York teach a class of six to eight women. Erica has a six month program set up to teach these ladies the Word and also to do literacy training with them as well to teach them how to read and write. I am only going to step in for a week or so and help teach. Please pray that the Lord will continue to speak to me what he would like to share through me to these women and that he guide me as I prepare and study.

Finally, keep Latodore in your prayers! Oh how I love that place! Amy is going to come and join us for the prayer night and then her and I are going to spend a little under a week out in the village doing focused children and womens ministry. I am so excited to be able to be out there longer! Please pray that the Lord will provide a translator and open opportunities to minister to the children and ladies, and again, to guide Amy and I as we prepare whatever the Lord would have us share! I'm praying that the Lord will bring me back there someday long term.
